TakeHomeIncome provides free, country-aware take-home pay calculators and related educational content. We do not provide tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, payroll advice, or financial advice.

All calculations and content on TakeHomeIncome are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional such as an accountant or tax advisor. Tax rules change. Personal circumstances vary. Always confirm important figures with an official tax authority and a qualified specialist before relying on them for any decision.

You agree that you will not treat any output of the site as professional advice or as a guarantee of accuracy.

You agree not to use the site to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or abusive.
• Disrupt the service, including via automated scraping or denial-of-service attempts.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other protections.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are broken.

Some features (saved calculations, shareable links) require an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password and email secure.
• The activity that happens under your account.
• Promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access.

When you save a calculation, we retain a copy linked to your account so you can revisit it. When you share a calculation:

• A redacted snapshot is created with a random share token.
• Anyone with the token can view the snapshot (no name or email is exposed).
• You can delete the underlying saved calculation at any time from your dashboard.

We provide the service on a reasonable-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, add, or remove features at any time without notice. We may also discontinue the service.

The TakeHomeIncome name, logo, website design, and source code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the site without permission. Calculation results you produce are yours to use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TakeHomeIncome and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues — whether incurred directly or indirectly — or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold TakeHomeIncome harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
